Shipping Policy
Allow 7 to 14 business days to receive your scene. If the scene is not received within 14 business days, Create My Scene will credit all shipping costs back to the customer.
Return Policy
We allow 30 days for the customer to return an item to Create My Scene regarding shipping damages, incorrect sizes, or the wrong image.
Disclaimer: We recommend that the customer measures multiple times as to provide Create My Scene with accurate measurements. We cannot be held responsible for a customer submitting the wrong measurements to us resulting in the product being shipped at the wrong size.
