Removable Installation Is Now Available For Patio-Scenes

With the development of our new Complete Privacy Patio-Scene came a new method for installation. The traditional patio screen enclosure uses a track system that houses rubber spline to hold the screening in place. This method of installation has worked for ages and will continue to work for many standard screening products on the market. However, Patio-Scenes are anything but standard.

We consider Patio-Scenes a work of art, and we suspect that most of our satisfied customers share the same attitude. One of the primary concerns that many consumers bring to our attention is the fear of losing his or her Patio-Scene in a hurricane. It is certainly a valid concern (especially with Florida’s track record)! That is why we developed an optional installation method that allows the home owner to remove the Patio-Scene in the event that weather is threatening.

The Scene can then be easily transported into a storage area such as the garage or a closet. When you are ready to re-experience the beauty of your Patio-Scene it can be put up within a matter of minutes.

The benefits of this removable solution don’t stop here! Imagine living in Florida and still getting the opportunity to enjoy the Fall and Winter Seasons. With removable Patio-Scenes, you can interchange the design as often as you like. So your Patio-Scene can feature images that match what the weather should look like throughout the year.

Introducing 100% Private Patio-Scenes

Most of our customers, at this point, have only been introduced to our original version of the Patio Scene. At the conception of the product, we offered only one option: a porous mesh that installs exactly the same way that standard screen is installed. Thanks to our valued customers’ feedback, we started to uncover other needs.

Many home owners have requested COMPLETE PRIVACY for their screen enclosure. While our original Patio-Scenes offer enhanced privacy, they still allow a silhouette to be seen through the material. We decided to go to the drawing board and create something that met our customers’ demands. We found a light weight, durable vinyl that allows us to print at the same quality and with the same UV protected inks as our porous product.

The primary difference between the two products is the amount of light and wind that are able to pass through the material. Our original version is forty percent porous, while the complete privacy version is zero percent porous…that’s right, its solid piece of vinyl. Both are more durable that standard patio screen and both are printed using UV protected inks that are fade resistant.

This may leave you wondering “how much light can pass through the complete privacy version?” It has been a common concern with this product. First of all, this product is typically installed on just one or two walls. There is plenty of wide open space around the rest of your screen enclosure that allows for light to illuminate the surface of the Scene. Also, the material is designed so that the front side is illuminated when light is applied to the back of the vinyl.

This version of the Patio-Scene is perfect for home owners who prefer to have complete privacy from their nearby neighbors or a busy street that is within spitting distance. You can still enjoy all the amazing benefits of an outdoor living area, just with a heck of a better view!

You heard it right! You read about every where, including at FL Home Buyer. The slow in the real estate market has made is very difficult for many home owners to sell their property. Buyers have morphed from over anxious check writers to nit-picky penny counters. Just a few short months ago homes would not last on the market for a week. Now, we are entering into a much different environment—one where buyers are contemplating the decision for many, many months.

Home owners are now forced to make their homes more attractive to buyers. In order to get quicker decisions from potential buyers, the home owner must add the WOW! factor to the property. The WOW! factors are the intangible things within a home that touches on the buyers’ emotions. Some of the common attempts to WOW! buyers include: California Closets, Granite Counter Tops, Kitchen Islands, etc.

To create the perfect WOW! factor, the home owner must first ask themselves, “What are the weaknesses in the selling points of my house?” Some common drawbacks include:

• Outdated Kitchen
• Close Proximity to Neighbors
• Undesirable View

Some drawbacks are easy to solve. An outdated kitchen can be converted with new counter tops and cabinets. But how do you fix problems like an undesirable view or close proximity to neighbors?

Patio-Scenes are custom printed scenic screens that install directly into your existing aluminum structure. The product provides more privacy than standard screen and better yet…the view of your dreams. You can choose from hundreds of photos or upload one of your own. Potential buyers will be blown away!

Undesirable view? There is a unique solution for this issue, too. Window-Scenes are another product offered by Create My Scene that allows customers to change their perspective. In The Media

Thank You FOX 13 Tampa Bay! Create My Scene will be featured this morning (Monday, July 8, 2007) on the local Fox feed in Tampa Bay, FL. The station expressed interest to Create My Scene when they discovered our Patio-Scenes in the early weeks of June.

Tom Curran gave us the pleasure of a professional interview packed with intriguing questions. His in-depth probing allowed us to share each precious detail of Patio-Scenes with a wide audience. He has a unique ability to make us amateurs feel at ease in front of the camera.

The shoot was filmed at Paradise Pools in Hudson, FL. We inserted Patio Scenes into two areas at this stunning location. There is a small Screen Patio that extends from the front of their showroom. The owner chose a crisp Sunset Scene that draws in traffic from the main highway out front.

We also added a Beach Scene to their Screen Enclosure. Their pool used to overlook the construction site behind the building. We helped them hide the unsightly view of bulldozers and trucks by installing a Tropical Patio Scene. Now, their showcase pool sets in the foreground of palm trees and the white sandy shores of Costa Rica.

We are excited to educate the public on our product. Most of us would agree that a picture is worth a thousand words—well that means a video is worth billions.

Walls with Flair

Empty Walls Need Some Flair?

There are many options out there these days to give life to your walls from wallpaper to hand painting. There is one option in particular, though, that allows you to create any kind of look you want to fill that blank space: wall murals. Wall murals can be customized to fit your style whether you are designing a nursery for your new baby or seeking out a back drop in your formal dining room.

Many people now are actually creating faux textures on the wall murals like brick, stone, granite, and steel. Instead of buying real brick or granite, both of which can be quite costly, you can print the look of those materials onto your very own custom wall mural. The Tampa based company, Create My Scene, sustains a large part of their business by installing these types of wall murals in offices and homes alike.

A big step has been taken from your traditional, cliché beach and sunset scenes to now being able to print your own digital photos on wall murals. Many people have chosen a quality family vacation photo to be in their living room behind the couch. Imagine the memories from your trip to the Grand Canyon being on a wall mural in your home.

Most of the companies which offer these ever-so-popular wall murals have a pretty extensive selection of photos to choose from. Categories ranging from Landscapes to Golf Courses to Abstract Images give consumers a wide array of scenes to choose from or some help to get the creative juices flowing.

The options are literally endless as the wall murals can be created from any digital image and can be printed large enough to cover any size walls in any space you are looking to jazz up. The murals are great to make more confined areas appear larger, add eye-pleasing colors in a cold waiting room, and to provide babies’ inquiring eyes something to gaze at.

One common misconception of wall murals is that they are hard to hang. In the past, this school of thought was merited. However, the printing industry has evolved to bring us innovative materials that can be applied to just about anything. Create My Scene’s wall murals are not even made of wallpaper. The material of the 21st century is called Vinyl PSA.

It’s manufactured with a peel away backing. Once the backing is removed, the material will adhere directly to a textured wall, wood paneling, linoleum, and just about anything else you can think of. Unlike wall paper, Vinyl PSA does not require paste and tons of prep work. Instead of eight sheets, the product is packaged in four rolls. Each strip spans from ceiling to floor which leaves less work matching up the image from panel to panel.
It’s also water and stain resistant—which is a great feature for those with pets and/or kids.
